The 2017 Lincoln MKC from Dealerships Near Athens, GA: The Luxury Crossover

The 2017 Lincoln MKC has generally been regarded as a huge success for auto maker Lincoln. The MKC has been rated as a great first attempt by Lincoln in the crowded and ever growing compact crossover segment. Performance and Power Trains

The standard 4-cylinder turbocharged 2.0L engine produces 240 horsepower plus and 270 lbs. ft. of torque. The front wheel drive comes with an EPA estimated return of 29 mpg (highway), 20 (city) and 23 combined. The 2017 Lincoln MKC engine is linked to a 6-speed automatic transmission.

An available option is the four-cylinder 2.3L turbocharged engine capable of generating 285 hp plus 305 pounds-feet of torque. The EPA estimates this one to return 26/18/21 mpg. In 7.2 seconds, this power plant gets you beyond 60 mph.

Trim Levels

The 2017 luxury crossover from Lincoln will be available in a seating configuration for 5 and will be provided in 4 equipment groups: Premiere, Black Label, Reserve, and Select. For those looking for luxurious and comfortable crossover, the 2017 MKC is a solid choice.

Infotainment Features

A key change for the 2017 model year is the MKC’s infotainment department, where it has now received the new Sync 3 system from Ford. This features better voice control and a full touch screen.
